Norwich misses out in UK City of Culture race
Norwich was pipped at the post after Derry/ Londonderry was named UK City of Culture 2013 at a ceremony in Liverpool. However, it has been recognised as a cultural city and some of the creative ideas that helped get us into the ‘fantastic four’ cultural cities will still happen in the run-up to and during 2013.
